CFL Cooling helps homeowners connect with independent HVAC service providers. We are a referral and information service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CFL Cooling does not perform HVAC installation, repair, replacement, maintenance, inspection, or contracting work.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will be available, contact you, offer a quote, or accept the requested work.

Independent Service Providers

HVAC professionals introduced through the website are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of CFL Cooling.

Independent providers control their own:

Inspections and recommendations
Prices, quotes, and payment terms
Scheduling and availability
Licenses, permits, insurance, and qualifications
Services, equipment, warranties, and workmanship
Contracts and customer relationships

We seek to connect users with providers that satisfy our network requirements, but licenses, insurance coverage, availability, and business information may change.
You are responsible for reviewing a provider’s credentials, quote, contract, warranties, and other terms before hiring that provider.

Service Requests and Communications

When you submit a service request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request service for the property involved.

By submitting your contact information, you authorize CFL Cooling and independent HVAC service providers to contact you by telephone, text message, or email regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

You may ask a caller to stop contacting you or reply STOP to an automated text when that option is available.

Quotes, Contracts, and Payments

Any quote, contract, invoice, financing arrangement, warranty, or payment is between you and the independent HVAC provider. CFL Cooling is not responsible for collecting or refunding payments made to a provider unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

You should review all terms before authorizing work. Prices and recommendations may vary among providers.

Independent Contractors

CFL Cooling is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent, third-party HVAC contractors in Central Florida. We do not employ, supervise, or guarantee the work of any contractor referred through our site. Homeowners are responsible for verifying the licensing, insurance, and qualifications of any contractor they choose to work with. CFL Cooling is not liable for the quality, safety, pricing, or outcome of any HVAC work performed by contractors in our network.

No Professional Advice

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection, professional diagnosis, engineering advice, or advice from a licensed contractor.

Emergencies
