What We’ve Done
- Clear, properly linked labels on every form field, including our HVAC service request form
- Improved color contrast on buttons and links site-wide to meet WCAG AA requirements
- Descriptive labels for screen readers on icon-only links
- Consistent, logical heading structure throughout the site
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix. We periodically review the site and correct issues as they’re identified.
